Asparagus and Wine Festival

Fri 26 April 4 - 11 pm, Sun 28 April 4 - 8 pm in the Langhuus, Papieri-Areal, Cham

The fresh Swiss asparagus is here, including the fine green asparagus from the Family Boog in Hünenberg. We serve up to six small asparagus variations, from our asparagus Engelwy soup to asparagus quiche or the asparagus ravioli from Pasta Monica, Baar - but of course also the traditional asparagus with butter and Sbrinz cheese from ChäsEgge Cham, ham or mayonnaise (7.-/asparagus variation). We offer matching wines (5.-/glass) - our five white wines, the rosé, our sparkling wine or even a light red, for example with the asparagus bruschetti.
